Bunka no Hi (Japanese Culture Day)

November 4, 2018 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

The JCCCW is proud to present two exhibits during this year’s Bunka no Hi. “Experience Japan” will offer useful travel tips for those hoping to explore the Land of the Rising Sun. An additional exhibit will focus on “Nisei Daughter,” an autobiography by Monica Sone, a Seattle-born Japanese-American. Other attractions during the event include Okinawa Taiko, a performance by Butoh dancers, flower arrangement, kenjinkai booths, storytelling, martial arts, craft making, food vendors and more. The event is free, fun, and perfect for families! For more information, visit jcccw.org.
