A Cozy Afternoon of Wine & J-POP Classics

The acclaimed Japanese seven-member band 9PM, celebrated for their standout performances last summer, returns under a new name, The Nightfall. Set within the intimate ambiance of Bacovino, a wine-tasting bar on Seattle’s waterfront, this special live performance offers a graceful pairing of beloved J-POP and city pop classics, all enjoyed in a relaxed yet sophisticated setting.
Music has the power to bring people together beyond culture, generation, and background.
The performance will be presented in two sets, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection of songs spanning generations. From iconic hits by Candies, Anzen Chitai, and Rebecca, to modern favorites by Ikimono-gakari, Ringo Sheena, and ADO, the setlist blends nostalgia with fresh energy. Whether you grew up with Japanese pop music or discovered it through anime or contemporary J-POP, there’s something here for everyone.
This is a family-friendly event, perfect for a casual afternoon with friends, loved ones, or children. Escape the winter chill and spend a relaxing afternoon warmed by good wine, good company, and music that gently hints at the coming of spring.
Scheduled Songs Include:
Haru Ichiban, Wine Red no Kokoro, Aliens, Sweet Memories, Friends, Sakura, Marunouchi Sadistic, Easy Lover, Dancing Queen, and more.
