Junkichi Robata Izakaya, a brand-new Japanese Izakaya restaurant, opened in April 2018 in the heart of Seattle’s popular Capitol Hill neighborhood. JUNKICHI features a Japanese grilling tradition in which skewers are slow-grilled over intensely hot “binchotan,” very pure high carbon charcoal, to cook food to perfection. At JUNKICHI, the guests will enjoy the “tapas”style plates of food along with a variety of drinks including a large selection of sake.

Junkichi is owned and operated by Plenty USA, Inc. that has successfully operated the popular Ramen Santouka restaurants in Seattle and Boston Areas.
