SEATTLE ASIAN AMERICAN FILM FESTIVAL Opening Night!

This weekend, one of Seattle’s beloved film festivals makes its summer debut! Celebrate the 13th annual Seattle Asian American Film Festival (SAAFF), showcasing powerful films by and about Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander communities. This year’s hybrid festival kicks off with in-person screenings June 20–21 at the Wing Luke Museum and Broadway Performance Hall, followed by virtual programming through June 29. Festival kicks off on June 20th -with a poignant trio of short documentaries honoring 50 years since the end of the Vietnam War and uplifting Southeast Asian refugee narratives.
