Seattle-area Shinto Ceremonies: Children’s Blessing and more

Los Angeles-based Shinto Shrine of Shusse Inari in America Announces In-Person Shichigosan Children’s Blessings and various Gokitō Blessings event in Bellevue! Appointment required.
Shichigosan (Children’s Blessings) is really more than just a day to dress up in your kimono and take photos. Shichigosan is a meaningful occasion to visit a Shinto Shrine, express gratitude for your children’s growth, and pray for their bright future with kami-sama. It offers a wonderful opportunity to celebrate Japanese and Shinto traditions while fostering family bonds and cultural awareness.
We are also offering Gokitō. The blessing ceremonies provided include, but are not limited to: Protection from Evil, First Shrine Visit, Milestone Birthdays (such as 60th), Coming-of-Age, Safe Childbirth, Fertility, Recovery from Illness, Family and Traffic Safety, Vehicle Blessings, Business Prosperity, Matchmaking, Academic Success, Longevity, and more.
Gokitō Private Blessing Fees:
Shichigosan Gokitō: $120 (includes Gokitō, Omamori, Chitoseame, Goshuin, and Gift)
Other Gokitō: $100 (includes Gokitō, Omamori, and Tessen package)
◇We hold private Gokitō for each family.
◇We also offer remote attendance of the ceremony with the use of video chat.
