Preventing “Frailty” in Aging

Join us for a special Genki Wellness Program class exploring the Japanese concept of “Frail”, a term used in Japan to describe the early stages of aging-related decline in physical, mental, and social well-being.

Tomoko Faasuamalie, Kokoro Kai Director at Nikkei Manor, will share insights from Japan on how recognizing and addressing “Frail” can help seniors maintain independence and improve quality of life.
