Kawabe House Health Fair on Sept. 17

Kawabe Memorial House will host its annual health fair in the building from 1 – 3 p.m. on Sept. 17. Some local community wellfare groups will share healthcare information in addition to demonstrating dances and excercise programs on stage. The event is free and open to the public. The annual summer festival on Aug. 28 was the biggest success ever, according to a Kawabe Memorial House representative. The profit of the event will be used to purchase a 14-passenger van for the residents.
