Community Farewell to Former Senior Consul Ohtsuka

The local community held a send-off luncheon for then-Senior Consul Tsuyoshi Ohtsuka on July 5 at the Japanese Cultural and Community Center of Washington. Ohtsuka, who served in Seattle for about 14 months, left for South Korea pursuing his next mission.
