Keiro Northwest invites the community to a free Legacy Education Series workshop focused on planning ahead for health care and end-of-life decisions.
Decisions are often best made before a crisis or period of significant stress. Presenters Louise Kato, LCSW, and Linda Brandeis, LCSW, will draw from their decades of medical social work experience to offer compassionate, practical guidance for navigating these important conversations.
Topics will include advance care directives, future health and end-of-life planning, navigating complex medical systems, and communicating your wishes with family and loved ones.
This workshop is appropriate for anyone beginning these conversations for themselves, supporting an aging parent or loved one, or simply hoping to be better prepared for the future.
The workshop is free, but advance registration is requested.
