Hosted by The Hyogo Business & Cultural Center, it is the largest and most renowned Japanese Speech contest in the state. The grand prize winner gets a FREE round-trip ticket to Japan. This year, the contest will be held together with Japan in Schools (JIS) Festival, organized by the Japan-America Society of the State of Washington (JASSW). The event is free and open to public.
