Fundraiser to benefit the Minidoka Pilgrimage Youth & Elder Scholarship Fund featuring area taiko groups and a performance of Ken Mochizuki’s Baseball Saved Us by The 5th Avenue Theatre
Executive Order 9066 was signed on February 19, 1942, allowing the incarceration of approximately 120,000 Japanese and Americans of Japanese ancestry living on the West Coast of the United States. Join us in this year’s Day of Remembrance, the 78th anniversary of this moment in history to learn, reflect, and support the ongoing efforts of the Minidoka Pilgrimage Planning Committee.
